Income Tax Return Filing

What is the last date to file ITR?

For most individuals who do not need an audit, the due date is 31 July of the assessment year unless the government extends it. A belated return can be filed until 31 December with a late fee.

Which ITR form do I need?

It depends on your income. Salaried people with one house property usually file ITR-1, capital gains need ITR-2, and business or professional income needs ITR-3 or ITR-4. We choose the correct form for you.

Can you help if I missed the deadline?

Yes. We can file a belated or updated return (ITR-U) and help keep interest and late fees as low as possible.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within a few weeks of e-verification, but timing depends on the Income Tax Department. We track your refund and follow up if it is delayed.

GST Registration & Returns

Who needs GST registration?

Businesses whose turnover crosses the threshold (generally ₹40 lakh for goods and ₹20 lakh for services), and anyone making inter-state supplies or selling through e-commerce, must register. We check your case for free.

How long does GST registration take?

With complete documents we usually apply within 1–2 working days. Approval depends on the GST department and may include verification.

What happens if I file GST returns late?

Late filing attracts a late fee and interest on any tax due, and can stop your buyers from claiming input tax credit. We send reminders so you never miss a due date.

Can I switch to the composition scheme?

Eligible small businesses can opt in at the start of a financial year. We compare both options and help you choose.

Company & LLP Registration

Which is better, a private limited company or an LLP?

A private limited company suits businesses that plan to raise investment or grow quickly. An LLP has lower compliance costs and suits professional firms and small partnerships. We explain the trade-offs in a free discussion.

How long does company registration take?

Once documents and digital signatures are ready, incorporation is usually completed in about 7–15 working days, depending on MCA processing.

Can my home address be the registered office?

Yes. A residential address can be used with the owner’s no-objection certificate and a recent utility bill.

What compliance is needed after registration?

Companies need annual ROC filings, a statutory audit and income tax returns. LLPs file Form 8 and Form 11 every year. We can handle all of it for you.

A late fee of ₹200 per day applies until the return is filed (capped at the TDS amount), plus interest on late deduction or payment. Further penalties can also apply.

Can you work with my existing Tally data?

Yes. We can continue in your existing Tally or accounting software, or move you to a cloud tool if you prefer.

Do you offer monthly packages?

Tax Notice & Appeals

I received an income tax notice. Should I worry?

Many notices are routine, such as a request to confirm income or correct a defective return. What matters is replying correctly before the deadline. Send it to us for a free review.

How much time do I have to reply?

The deadline is written on the notice and is often 15 to 30 days. Do not wait until the last day, as some replies need supporting documents.

Can you reply for a return someone else filed?

Yes. We can review returns filed by anyone and prepare the reply or a revised return.

Do you handle appeals?

Yes. If an order goes against you, we draft and file the appeal and support you through the hearing.
